so that you can include it with your return. This is very important
- if you do not include this page, your return cannot be processed.
Pack Defective Product Carefully and Securely
Pack the defective item in the original
packaging. If this is not available, substitute a cardboard
box and sufficient shock dampening material such as shipping
peanuts.
Enclose Original Receipt and RMA Confirmation
Page
Enclose the original order receipt or a
copy of the original receipt. A printout of the original email
receipt is also acceptible. Also be sure to enclose the RMA
confirmation page with the package. Your return cannot be processed
without both of these enclosures.
